Effective October 16, 2026
These Terms of Use & Acceptable Use describe access to the corporate website operated by LSO Media Group LLC ("LSO," "we," "us" or "our"), including its informational pages, inquiry forms, recruitment pages and downloadable materials. They protect our systems, content and business relationships while preserving rights that applicable law does not allow a contract to restrict.
1. Scope, notice and agreement
These terms apply to this corporate website and any feature that expressly incorporates them. They do not automatically govern another portfolio company's website, a streaming service, employment, a software subscription, a purchase or a separately negotiated commercial engagement. Those relationships may have their own terms and contracting entity.
Where a feature clearly presents these terms and asks you to indicate agreement, your affirmative agreement applies to that feature. If you do not agree, do not complete that action. We do not treat a hidden link, silence or receipt of an unsolicited message as a substitute for legally required notice and agreement. Independently of contractual agreement, intellectual property law and laws prohibiting fraud, unauthorized access and other unlawful conduct continue to apply.
If you accept these terms for a business or other organization, you must have authority to bind it. References to "you" then include that organization to the extent of that authority. Do not impersonate another person or claim authority you do not have. A person who cannot legally enter an agreement must not purport to accept these terms without the involvement required by applicable law.
2. Permission to use the website
Subject to applicable law and any separately stated license, LSO permits you to access public pages, use the available forms for their stated purposes, link to public pages and retain reasonable copies for personal reference or internal evaluation of a possible relationship with LSO. Keep copyright, attribution and other rights notices intact. This permission does not authorize commercial redistribution, resale, creation of a competing content collection or use that falsely suggests an LSO endorsement.
Ordinary search-engine indexing and the use of assistive technology are permitted when they respect access restrictions, do not circumvent controls or impose an unreasonable load, and do not republish protected material beyond an applicable permission or legal exception. A publicly accessible URL does not itself grant a license for every proposed use of the material at that address.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not use this website or our submission channels to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to private records, accounts, infrastructure or administrative functions; bypass authentication, rate limits or other access controls; or obtain another person's information without authority.
- Introduce malicious code, exploit a vulnerability, interfere with availability, flood forms or communications channels, or conduct intrusive scanning or load testing without prior written authorization.
- Submit fraudulent applications, fabricated credentials, deceptive inquiries, forged approvals, unlawful threats, harassment, spam or material that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Impersonate LSO, its personnel, a brand or a business partner; misuse our identities to solicit money, obtain credentials or create a misleading impression of sponsorship or authority.
- Extract protected content in bulk for resale, dataset creation or model training without the necessary authorization, where permission is required by law; remove rights-management information; or circumvent technological protections.
- Use a form for a purpose unrelated to its stated function or supply confidential material in breach of an obligation to another person.
These restrictions do not prohibit lawful criticism, honest consumer reviews, protected reporting, communications with regulators or law enforcement, or uses permitted by applicable copyright exceptions. Disagreement with LSO does not by itself constitute misuse.
4. Content, branding and downloads
LSO and the relevant licensors or rights holders retain their rights in website copy, artwork, photography, audiovisual material, software, logos and other protected content. Ownership depends on the relevant work and agreements; LSO does not claim ownership of third-party material merely because it appears on this website.
Unless an express license or applicable law permits the use, do not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly perform or commercially exploit protected material. A download button permits the download described; it does not grant unrestricted use. Brand assets are subject to the instructions and license conditions presented with the assets. See our Intellectual Property & Rights Complaints Policy, Brand Ownership & Affiliation Disclosure and Brand Assets page.
5. Website information and commercial statements
Website descriptions provide general information. They are not a binding quotation, purchase order, offer of employment, promise of investment return or guarantee of a commercial result. A service description does not mean that every service is available in every location or through every company in the portfolio. A forthcoming product description is not a commitment to a release date, feature set, price or compatibility unless an authorized written agreement expressly makes that commitment.
Statements about plans and future developments reflect their stated context and may change. Archived announcements describe circumstances at their publication date. We may correct errors and update information, subject to applicable law and obligations already undertaken. This section does not excuse deceptive statements or remove remedies for an actionable misrepresentation.
General information about business, technology, finance or other subjects is not individualized legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. A reference to a portfolio business offering a regulated service does not establish a professional relationship with a website visitor.
6. Inquiries, applications and proposals
Provide accurate information and only material you are authorized to share. Submit personal information according to the Website Privacy & Cookies Notice. Do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, confidential client files or other sensitive information that the form does not request.
An inquiry receipt confirms a recorded submission, not acceptance of a project, a commercial offer or a duty to proceed. An application receipt confirms a recorded application, not an interview, job offer or employment agreement. Salary descriptions and other job details remain subject to the stated posting, applicable law and the terms of any actual offer. LSO may close or revise opportunities subject to those requirements.
Sending a script, concept, format, invention or other unsolicited proposal does not by itself create a confidential relationship, a development obligation, a license to commercially exploit the work or a right to payment. Read the Unsolicited Submissions & Business Proposals Policy before sending such material. An existing written confidentiality or other agreement remains effective according to its terms.
7. Contracting authority and separate agreements
A website listing, staff title, conversation or inquiry acknowledgment does not establish that a person has unlimited authority to commit LSO or a portfolio company. Before relying on a proposed transaction, confirm the contracting entity, the representative's authority and the agreed terms. Commitments must be made through a legally valid agreement by an authorized representative.
A separate agreement controls the subject matter it expressly covers and prevails over inconsistent general website terms for its parties. The Privacy Notice governs our description of personal-information handling; these terms do not expand permissions to process personal information. A specific asset license governs the permitted use of that asset. Nothing here disclaims an obligation imposed by law because of actual or apparent authority.
8. External links and third-party services
External sites and services may have different operators, terms, availability and privacy practices. Review them before providing information or entering a transaction. A link does not transfer responsibility for a third party's independent conduct to LSO or imply an endorsement beyond what we expressly state. LSO remains responsible for its own conduct and for any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Availability, changes and access restrictions
We may update, maintain, replace or discontinue website features and may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security concern, a legal requirement or an operational problem. We may reject or quarantine abusive submissions and retain relevant evidence as permitted by law and our Privacy Notice. We are not required to disclose security details that would facilitate circumvention.
These actions do not cancel an existing contractual duty, an applicable refund right, a duty to preserve evidence or a statutory right to access information. Any suspension or termination under these terms is limited to the website relationship they govern. LSO's existing intellectual property rights and valid provisions intended to operate after termination continue to apply.
10. Website warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the corporate website and its general informational materials are provided "as is" and "as available." LSO does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or that every technical fault will be corrected. To that same extent, LSO disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement for this general website access.
This disclaimer does not replace an express warranty in a separate agreement or exclude a statutory guarantee, duty of reasonable care or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. It does not authorize LSO to use material without rights or relieve LSO of legally required security or privacy obligations.
11. Limits on liability for website access
Where these terms form an enforceable agreement, and only to the extent applicable law permits, LSO is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, or lost profits, business opportunities, anticipated savings or data arising from access to or inability to access this general corporate website. The exclusion applies only where the relevant type of loss may lawfully be excluded.
For an organization using the website for business purposes that validly accepts these terms, LSO's aggregate liability for claims arising solely from that organization's use of the free corporate website is limited to US$100, to the extent such a limitation is enforceable. This cap does not apply to consumer claims, an employment relationship, a separately purchased service, an independently negotiated agreement or a claim unrelated to general website access.
Neither the exclusion nor the cap applies to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit LSO to limit. Mandatory privacy, consumer, employment and other statutory rights are preserved. These limits do not create liability where none otherwise exists.
12. Responsibility for business misuse
Where a business validly accepts these terms and applicable law permits, that business must indemnify LSO against third-party claims, finally awarded damages and reasonable defense costs to the extent caused by its unlawful use of the website, knowing infringement through material it supplies, or material breach of these terms. This provision does not apply to an individual acting as a consumer or to claims arising from LSO's own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
LSO must provide reasonably prompt notice of a covered claim and reasonable cooperation at the business's expense. The business may control the defense with counsel reasonably acceptable to LSO, provided it acknowledges its responsibility for the covered claim. If a material conflict of interest prevents shared representation, LSO may retain separate counsel at the business's reasonable expense to the extent the claim is covered. If the business fails to assume a covered defense after reasonable notice, LSO may defend the claim and seek covered reasonable defense costs. A settlement may not admit fault by LSO, impose nonmonetary obligations on it or restrict its rights without its written consent. LSO may participate through its own counsel at its own expense. No settlement is recoverable under this provision unless the responsible business consented, with consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
13. Concerns, disputes and lawful remedies
To raise a website concern, email info@lsomediagroup.com with the relevant URL, a description of the issue and a way to contact you. We may request information reasonably needed to understand the concern. Do not send sensitive credentials or unrelated personal information.
Contacting us is not a mandatory prerequisite to a complaint, legal proceeding, regulatory report or urgent application for relief. It does not pause a statutory or contractual deadline unless a valid written agreement or law says otherwise. Any dispute is governed by the law and heard in a forum determined under applicable law, subject to any separate valid agreement. These website terms do not impose arbitration, waive a jury trial or require a waiver of class or representative proceedings.
LSO reserves the right to pursue lawful remedies for infringement, fraud, unauthorized access and other actionable conduct, including an injunction where the legal requirements are met. A policy violation does not automatically establish damages or entitle either party to a penalty or an award of legal fees.
14. Changes to these terms
We identify revised terms by an updated effective date. Revisions apply prospectively. When a material change requires notice or renewed agreement under applicable law or an existing contract, we must obtain that agreement or provide the required notice before applying it. Posting a revision does not retroactively change a completed transaction or resolve an existing claim in LSO's favor.
15. General provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, it is severed to the extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions continue only if they can operate lawfully without it. A court may limit a provision only as applicable law permits. Delay in exercising a right does not itself waive it. A waiver must be made by an authorized representative and applies only to the matter stated.
These terms and any applicable specific website license describe the website-use agreement where validly accepted. They do not replace a separate agreement, an employment document or a mandatory legal protection. No visitor is authorized to assign contractual rights under these terms without LSO's written consent, except where law permits. LSO may assign them as part of a legitimate reorganization or transfer of the relevant business, without reducing rights that cannot lawfully be reduced.
Questions about these terms should be directed to LSO Media Group LLC at info@lsomediagroup.com, using the subject line "Website Terms." This contact route does not change formal service-of-process requirements.
