Website Privacy & Cookies Notice
Effective: October 16, 2026

This notice explains how LSO Media Group LLC ("LSO," "we," "us" or "our") handles personal information in connection with its corporate website, applications submitted through its careers form, partnership inquiries submitted through its inquiry form, and related correspondence. Personal information means information that identifies, relates to or can reasonably be linked to an individual, as defined by applicable law.

For privacy questions or requests, contact info@lsomediagroup.com and identify your message as a privacy request. This notice describes our information practices; it does not make use of the website consent to processing that requires a separate choice, and it does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

1. Scope and responsibility

LSO is responsible for the information it collects through the corporate website for the purposes described here. This notice applies to that website on lsomediagroup.com and its corresponding hosted site. It does not automatically govern every website, channel, application, service, employer or business associated with an LSO brand. A separate product, employer, campaign or service may have its own notice identifying the responsible organization and its practices. Review that notice when providing information to it.

Separate notices and agreements may apply to customers, contracted services, employees after hiring, event participants, production contributors or users of future software products. Where an additional notice covers a specific activity, it supplements this notice for that activity; mandatory law takes priority over inconsistent terms.

2. Information you provide

Partnership inquiries. We collect your name, email address, selected area of interest and project message. You may also provide your company, telephone number, budget and timing. These details help us understand the request and identify an appropriate response. Fields identified as optional can be left blank.

Recruitment. We collect the position selected, your name and email address, relevant experience, reasons for applying, and your confirmation regarding the accuracy and recruitment use of your submission. Optional fields include your telephone number, location, availability, qualifications, résumé or CV text, and résumé, portfolio or professional-profile links. An application record also includes the submission time, a reference number and information about the position at the time of submission.

Correspondence and requests. If you email an LSO contact, request help, raise a concern or exercise a privacy right, we receive the contact details, message, attachments and related information you provide. An email link opens your chosen email service; sending that email is a separate action from visiting the webpage.

Provide accurate information relevant to your purpose. Do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card or bank-account details, medical records, identity-document copies, confidential client materials or other unnecessarily sensitive information in the general forms. If a later stage of a relationship legitimately requires sensitive information, request an appropriate collection method first. If you provide information about another person, have a lawful basis to do so and provide them with this notice where appropriate.

3. Technical and submission information

Connecting to a website necessarily sends technical information to the infrastructure delivering it. This can include an IP address, requested address, request time, browser or device information, referring-page information where supplied by the browser, and connection or error information. Website hosting, delivery and security providers process this information to deliver requests, maintain availability, diagnose problems and address abuse.

Our form processing uses an IP address and submitted email address to create security identifiers for submission-rate controls. The form databases store keyed, transformed identifiers for those controls rather than the raw IP address. This does not mean the hosting infrastructure never receives or logs an IP address. Form records also include submission references and integrity information used to detect duplicate submissions, confirm receipt and protect the accuracy of stored records.

You do not need a public user account to submit either form. A confirmation reference is not a password or a public access link to the underlying record. The public website does not provide a listing or download endpoint for applications or partnership inquiries.

4. Purposes of use

  • Receive, organize and assess a partnership inquiry, identify relevant services and communicate about the opportunity you submitted.
  • Receive and organize an employment application, review qualifications relevant to the requested position and communicate about recruitment.
  • Answer correspondence, provide requested assistance and respond to privacy, rights or other legitimate requests.
  • Operate the website, validate submissions, prevent duplicate entries, manage excessive or abusive requests and investigate technical or security problems.
  • Maintain appropriate business records, meet applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Submitting an inquiry or application does not by itself subscribe you to a marketing list, authorize unrelated advertising or give every LSO business unrestricted use of your information. A communication responding to your inquiry or application is different from a promotional subscription. We will seek a separate choice where required before introducing an additional use that requires consent.

5. Recruitment and automated processing

The current application process organizes the answers you supply into an applicant record for recruitment review. It does not perform an automated background check, infer protected characteristics, score or rank applicants, or make a hiring decision. The intake process stores supporting links as submitted; it does not automatically retrieve the linked material. An authorized reviewer may later review material you choose to provide for the recruitment purpose.

Technical validation and abuse controls can reject malformed, incomplete, duplicate or excessive requests. Those controls protect the submission process and are not assessments of a candidate's suitability. If a technical restriction prevents a legitimate submission, contact us for assistance. Any separate background screening or materially different recruitment processing requires the notices, authorizations and safeguards applicable to that activity.

6. Who may receive information

Access and disclosure are limited to an appropriate purpose and the information needed for it. Relevant recipients may include:

  • Authorized LSO personnel and representatives: people responsible for the particular inquiry, recruitment review, administration, legal compliance or security issue.
  • Service providers: providers of website hosting and delivery, database storage, infrastructure security, business email and related technical support used to operate the website or handle the correspondence you initiate.
  • Professional advisers and authorities: legal or other professional advisers where needed for advice or a dispute, and courts, regulators or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is required by applicable law or otherwise legally justified. We do not treat every informal request as a legal requirement.
  • Parties to a business transaction: relevant advisers and potential or actual successors where information is reasonably necessary for a proposed or completed merger, reorganization, financing, sale or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality restrictions.
  • Recipients you direct: another recipient when you request or authorize a particular disclosure.

A connection with an LSO brand does not give that brand an unrestricted entitlement to applicant or inquiry records. Where a role or requested service involves another entity, any disclosure must relate to that role or service and comply with applicable notice and legal requirements. We do not publish private application or inquiry records on the public website.

7. Cookies, local storage and advertising technology

The current corporate-site application and inquiry forms do not write form drafts to browser local storage or session storage. Unsaved answers can remain in the open page while you correct an error, but the site does not provide a persistent draft-saving feature. Your browser may separately offer autofill or restoration features under your browser settings.

The current corporate-site pages do not include advertising pixels, third-party audience analytics scripts or cross-site behavioral advertising tools added by LSO. The current form workflows do not sell submissions, exchange them for advertising audiences or use them for cross-context behavioral advertising. Website infrastructure can still process technical information needed to serve and protect the site; the absence of an advertising tracker is not a statement that no technical information is processed.

We do not intentionally set optional advertising or analytics cookies through these corporate-site features. Hosting or security infrastructure may use technologies required for delivery, security or abuse prevention. You can use browser controls to inspect and remove cookies or restrict site storage, although blocking necessary technologies or disabling JavaScript can affect functionality, including form submission.

The current site does not use a browser's legacy Do Not Track signal to change its operation. That statement does not override a legally binding opt-out preference signal. Global Privacy Control and similar signals concern legally defined sale, sharing or targeted advertising; the current corporate-site form workflows do not conduct those activities. If we introduce processing that requires an opt-out mechanism or prior consent, we must provide the required control and information before conducting that processing. Merely continuing to browse is not consent to nonessential tracking where consent is required.

8. Retention

Retention depends on the category of information and its purpose. Relevant criteria include whether an inquiry or recruitment process remains active, the need to document decisions or correspondence, applicable employment and business recordkeeping requirements, security needs, applicable limitation periods, and an actual or reasonably anticipated dispute or legal hold. Information should not be retained merely because storage is available.

Submission security records have limited operational windows and expired entries are eligible for removal through the form system's cleanup process. Those short security windows are not deletion deadlines for the underlying application or inquiry. The website does not promise automatic deletion of an application after a fixed number of days. Records subject to a valid preservation obligation may be retained for that obligation even after another purpose ends.

You may ask us about the retention of your record or request deletion through the procedure below. Where deletion is required or appropriate, associated copies must be addressed consistently with applicable law, legitimate preservation obligations and the operation of backup systems. Retained information remains subject to applicable privacy and security obligations.

9. Security and incident reporting

The submission systems use controls that include input validation, limits on request size and frequency, duplicate-submission checks and restrictions against requests submitted from other websites. Private form records are not made available through public browsing. These controls reduce particular risks; they are not a guarantee that every transmission, system or record is immune from unauthorized access, loss or interference.

Do not email passwords, full identity documents or sensitive financial information to report a problem. If you believe information submitted to LSO has been exposed or used improperly, contact info@lsomediagroup.com with the relevant webpage, approximate time and a description that avoids unnecessary personal information. We will assess the report and meet applicable notification and response obligations. Nothing in this notice excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy rights and how to make a request

Depending on where you live, the processing involved and whether a particular law applies, you may have rights to obtain information about processing, access or receive a copy of your information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent where consent is the relevant basis, or opt out of legally defined sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain significant automated decisions. Some laws also provide a right to appeal a refusal and to complain to a regulator. Not every right applies to every record or situation.

Send your request to info@lsomediagroup.com. Describe the action you seek and, if available, provide your application or inquiry reference, the email address used and enough context to locate the record. A reference is helpful but not mandatory. You do not need to create an account or use a legal phrase to make a request.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, locate relevant records or confirm an authorized representative's authority where permitted or required. Verification must be proportionate to the request and its risks. Do not send an identity-document copy unless an appropriate method is specifically arranged. We will not require identity verification for an opt-out request where the applicable law prohibits it.

We will assess and respond within the period required by the applicable law, including any permitted extension and required explanation. A request may be limited where legally necessary to protect another person's rights, preserve privileged information, comply with a retention obligation, maintain security or exercise or defend legal claims. Where required, we will explain a refusal or partial response and the available review process. We will not retaliate or unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

If you wish to challenge our response, reply to it or email the same address with "Privacy appeal" in the subject and explain the issue. Where an appeal right applies, we will handle it under that law. You may also contact the competent privacy regulator or attorney general without first using our internal review process. Withdrawal of consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and does not require deletion of records that must be retained on another lawful basis.

11. Additional information where European or UK data protection law applies

Where those laws apply to the particular processing, LSO acts as controller of the corporate-site information it determines how and why to use. The relevant legal basis depends on the purpose: taking requested steps before a potential contract for an inquiry or application where that basis applies; legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, handling business correspondence and maintaining appropriate records, subject to the required balancing of rights; compliance with legal obligations; or consent for processing that requires it. Providing optional information is voluntary. Without required contact and substantive information, we may be unable to process the requested inquiry or application.

Right to object: where applicable, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation, and to direct marketing at any time. Contact us using the procedure above. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence or work or where the alleged infringement occurred, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office where relevant. This section does not claim that every activity of every LSO company falls within those laws.

12. International processing

The corporate website is operated for a United States business and uses online infrastructure. Accessing it from another country can involve sending information outside that country, and this notice does not promise storage exclusively in your country of residence. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguards for an international transfer, that requirement must be met; submitting a form does not waive it. Contact us for information about the processing locations and any applicable transfer safeguards relevant to your request. Separate products or contracted services may provide more specific information about their arrangements.

13. Children, external services and linked material

This corporate website and its business inquiry and recruitment forms are not directed to children under 13, and those forms are not intended for them to submit personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has supplied personal information through them, contact us so we can assess the report and take the action required by applicable law. Other age-based protections may also apply.

Links to third-party websites, social platforms, portfolio services or another brand take you to services with their own practices. Their collection is governed by the applicable operator's notice. This notice does not authorize us to disregard our responsibilities for information we disclose to a third party, and it does not give us control over a third party's independent activities.

14. Changes and contact

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the website, information practices or applicable requirements. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in the manner required by applicable law, and any required choice will be obtained before a materially different use. Posting a revised notice does not retroactively authorize incompatible processing or remove rights that already apply.

Questions, corrections, privacy requests and concerns should be sent to info@lsomediagroup.com. Identify the relevant website or LSO service so the request can reach the appropriate responsible team.
