SANTA CLARA, Calif., October 19, 2026: Huntington International Group today announced the acquisition of LSO MEDIA GROUP. The agreement was signed on October 19, 2026, at 1:15 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and took effect immediately.
LSO MEDIA GROUP will retain its existing organizational structure and staff. Operational responsibility will remain with LSO MEDIA GROUP’s management. Huntington International Group will not be involved in the company’s operations.
The transaction changes LSO MEDIA GROUP’s ownership. Its brands and business activities will continue to be managed through its existing structure, including content production, distribution, advertising services and software development.
LSO MEDIA GROUP’s portfolio includes Luigi Scarcelli Official, NEWS NEXT, Optimist Pictures and Connection Global. Its software products in development include LSO Workplace and LSO Playout.
