You will work with Finance, People & Culture and department owners to make access and support dependable.

This position leads corporate IT and coordinates with product engineering on shared requirements and boundaries. You will remain hands-on in incident response, vendor assessment and system administration while developing support procedures that can scale. Priorities should follow documented business needs, supported configurations and the practical consequences of an outage or access failure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Corporate Systems Administrator and coordinate specialist vendor support when needed.
  • Establish joiner, role-change and leaver access procedures with People & Culture and application owners.
  • Define supported device configurations, update practices and endpoint security controls.
  • Own internal IT incident triage, escalation and follow-up, keeping affected teams informed.
  • Maintain a system and license inventory with renewal, ownership and cost information.
  • Test recovery procedures for critical corporate services and document dependencies and restoration priorities.
  • Evaluate technology purchases and integrations for compatibility, administration needs and appropriate data access.

Required qualifications

  • Substantial experience in corporate IT or systems administration, including service ownership or team leadership.
  • Practical experience with identity, access management, endpoint administration and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to diagnose incidents and coordinate recovery across applications, devices and vendors.
  • Experience establishing documented access, change and support procedures.
  • Clear communication with nontechnical colleagues and a relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience supporting a mixed macOS and Windows environment.
  • Familiarity with media workflows and the separation of corporate systems from production technology.
  • Experience introducing centralized identity, device management or an IT service desk.

Measures of success

  • Employees can access approved tools with documented support and ownership.
  • Access changes and device administration follow consistent, reviewable procedures.
  • Critical corporate services have tested recovery steps and known dependencies.
  • Technology spending is visible and tied to current business requirements.

First 90 days

Review account lifecycle controls with People & Culture, identify urgent access or recovery gaps and establish a prioritized service plan. Confirm support responsibilities with product and media teams, test one critical restoration procedure and present a practical roadmap and budget to Portfolio Operations.

Compensation

Proposed annual base salary of $105,000–$145,000 USD. The final offer will reflect relevant experience, qualifications and the agreed scope of the position, subject to approval.
