Position summary
LSO Media Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to turn approved marketing priorities into measurable digital programs. You will manage campaign planning across appropriate paid, owned and email channels, improve landing-page journeys and help sales understand where inquiries originate. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, you will work across the media portfolio and support preparation for the forthcoming LSO Workplace and LSO Playout products.
You will be responsible for the quality of campaign execution as well as its performance. That means setting up clear goals, checking links and tracking, managing approved spending and interpreting results without overstating attribution. You will work with content, design, sales and technical colleagues to remove friction from useful customer journeys. Product campaigns will follow approved positioning and readiness milestones, with lead capture and follow-up designed around what the business can actually deliver.
Responsibilities
- Build campaign plans that identify the audience, offer, destination, budget, timing and measurable objective before activity begins.
- Manage approved paid digital campaigns, monitoring pacing, audience relevance, creative performance and opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate landing pages, inquiry forms and email journeys with content, design and technical owners.
- Establish campaign naming, tracking parameters and reporting definitions so results can be compared and understood.
- Run focused tests of messages, creative or page journeys with documented hypotheses and practical decision criteria.
- Maintain audience lists and campaign permissions in accordance with company policies, working with Legal on questions requiring review.
- Partner with sales on inquiry quality and follow-up outcomes, refining campaigns using evidence beyond clicks and impressions.
- Prepare performance reports that distinguish observed results, attribution assumptions and recommended next actions.
Required qualifications
- At least four years of hands-on digital marketing experience across paid campaigns, website conversion or email programs.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and monitoring spending against an approved plan.
- Working knowledge of web analytics, campaign tracking and the limitations of channel attribution.
- Ability to coordinate landing-page and creative work and diagnose common campaign setup problems.
- Clear analytical writing, strong organization and a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience generating business inquiries for software, advertising or professional services.
- Experience with audience development for media or entertainment brands.
- Experience improving accessible forms, email deliverability or marketing automation workflows.
Measures of success
- Campaigns launch with verified destinations, tracking, approvals and budget controls.
- Digital activity meets agreed efficiency and inquiry-quality goals with transparent measurement.
- Tests produce useful decisions about messaging, audiences and page journeys.
- Sales and marketing share a consistent view of campaign leads and their outcomes.
First 90 days
Audit current digital channels, campaign accounts, website journeys and tracking during the first 90 days. Agree priority audiences and conversion definitions with marketing and sales, then establish a baseline dashboard and campaign checklist. Launch or improve one approved campaign, document a controlled test and review inquiry quality with the receiving team. Recommend the next campaign priorities based on results and available capacity.
Compensation
Proposed annual base salary of $85,000–$115,000 USD. The final offer will reflect relevant experience, qualifications and the agreed scope of the position, subject to approval. This range covers base pay only; any incentive compensation or benefits would be specified separately in an employment offer.
What to include in your application
Share a nonconfidential campaign example with its objective, your responsibilities, approximate budget scope and measurement approach. Explain one test or adjustment that changed the outcome.
