Position summary
The Creative Services Project Manager will organize the flow of creative work supporting LSO Media Group, its media brands and forthcoming software products. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, you will turn requests into clear briefs, realistic schedules and deliverables that meet the intended use. The role supports campaign graphics, presentation materials, website assets and other communications work through planning and coordination.
You will work with internal contributors, approved vendors and requesting teams to resolve incomplete briefs, consolidate feedback and keep projects moving. Your value is in making requirements and decisions visible before they become last-minute problems. You will maintain version control, check that the correct approvals and usage information accompany delivered assets, and help the organization reuse suitable materials. This is a project management role rather than an on-set or program production position.
Responsibilities
- Manage creative intake and confirm the audience, purpose, specifications, budget owner and deadline for each accepted request.
- Develop project schedules with realistic review windows and dependencies, agreeing priorities with the marketing director.
- Coordinate contributors and approved vendors, tracking deliverables and resolving capacity conflicts before deadlines are missed.
- Collect and consolidate stakeholder feedback into actionable instructions, identifying contradictory or out-of-scope requests.
- Maintain current versions, approvals and usage information so teams can identify the correct asset for each purpose.
- Check final deliveries against briefs, including format, dimensions, copy approval, accessibility requirements and required variations.
- Track approved project spending and purchase requirements, escalating changes before additional commitments are made.
- Review completed projects with contributors and improve templates, intake questions and planning estimates based on recurring issues.
Required qualifications
- At least three years of project coordination or management in a creative, marketing, communications or agency environment.
- Experience translating stakeholder requests into clear briefs, schedules and deliverable lists.
- Ability to manage review cycles, conflicting feedback and multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Working knowledge of common digital and presentation asset formats and practical delivery requirements.
- Strong written communication, organization and budget-tracking skills; a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience coordinating creative work across several brands or departments.
- Experience with digital asset libraries, rights records or reusable creative templates.
- Experience managing external creative vendors and establishing a structured intake process.
Measures of success
- Accepted projects begin with complete briefs and realistic, agreed schedules.
- Teams receive approved assets that match their intended channel and use.
- Feedback, changes and budget implications are visible before they disrupt delivery.
- Reusable assets and clearer intake practices reduce avoidable rework.
First 90 days
During the first 90 days, map the current request and review process, identify frequent asset types and review active deadlines. Introduce a concise intake brief, a shared project schedule and a consistent approval record. Coordinate a full project cycle, document delays or rework and refine the process with contributors. Establish an organized index of approved assets and their usage information.
Compensation
Proposed annual base salary of $70,000–$95,000 USD. The final offer will reflect relevant experience, qualifications and the agreed scope of the position, subject to approval. This range covers base pay only; any incentive compensation or benefits would be specified separately in an employment offer.
What to include in your application
Describe a nonconfidential creative project you managed, including the brief, contributors, review process and outcome. Explain how you resolved a deadline conflict or incomplete request.
