Position summary
LSO Media Group is seeking a Client Partnerships Manager to give advertisers a clear, dependable point of coordination after an agreement is signed. Reporting to the Director of Advertising Sales, you will lead onboarding, organize communication and help clients understand campaign progress across the relevant media offerings. You will work closely with account executives and advertising operations to ensure requirements, approvals and expectations stay aligned.
Your focus will be the health and continuity of client relationships. You will listen carefully to feedback, recognize when a concern requires operational or commercial action and coordinate the right colleagues to resolve it. Performance conversations should explain what was delivered and what can reasonably be learned from the available evidence. You will develop renewal and expansion recommendations that serve the client’s next objective while staying within approved inventory, pricing and delivery capacity.
Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and confirm objectives, contacts, milestones, approval responsibilities and reporting expectations.
- Maintain an account communication plan so clients know what is needed from them and when updates will arrive.
- Coordinate creative collection, reviews and changes with advertising operations and the originating account executive.
- Monitor account health through documented client feedback, campaign status and unresolved issues.
- Prepare and lead performance discussions that explain delivered activity, measurement limits and useful next steps.
- Route service concerns to the appropriate owner, track resolution and keep the client informed without making unsupported promises.
- Develop renewal and expansion plans with sales, using the client’s objectives and campaign evidence to shape recommendations.
- Maintain complete account records and share recurring customer feedback with sales, marketing and operations leaders.
Required qualifications
- At least four years of account management, client services or commercial customer relationship experience.
- Experience coordinating several stakeholders and deadlines through a campaign or service delivery cycle.
- Ability to lead customer meetings, explain performance reports and address concerns constructively.
- Experience identifying renewal opportunities and maintaining accurate account and action records.
- Strong written communication and judgment; a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience managing advertiser, agency, sponsorship or media-service relationships.
- Familiarity with digital, streaming or television campaign reporting.
- Experience building an onboarding process or account-health review for a growing business.
Measures of success
- Clients understand campaign responsibilities, progress and the basis of reported results.
- Account issues have clear owners and are followed through to a documented resolution.
- Renewal discussions begin early and reflect the client’s priorities and delivery experience.
- Customer feedback leads to practical improvements in communication or service execution.
First 90 days
During the first 90 days, review the client journey, current account information and campaign reporting with sales and operations. Establish an onboarding checklist and a simple account-health review. Take ownership of assigned client communication, lead an initial performance discussion and document any recurring service gaps. Prepare renewal plans for suitable accounts with the sales director.
Compensation
Proposed annual base salary of $80,000–$110,000 USD. The final offer will reflect relevant experience, qualifications and the agreed scope of the position, subject to approval. This range covers base pay only; any incentive compensation or benefits would be specified separately in an employment offer.
What to include in your application
Share a nonconfidential example of a client relationship you managed through delivery and renewal. Explain how you coordinated the team, handled a concern and assessed whether the partnership was meeting its goals.
